I've created an account but I'm having trouble logging in for the first time.

Once you create your account, there is a confirmation email that is sent to you. You must click on the link in that email to confirm your account. Once you do that, you will then be able to login with the email address & password that you initially set up.

The inmate's name is not pulling up in the search results.

Be sure to type in first name and last name in each field, with correct spelling. And try searching without putting in the Inmate ID.

I'm not seeing the option to deposit money into a commissary account.

This website is only for commissary store items to be purchased and delivered to the inmate. You will need to check with the facility on what company handles depositing funds to the inmate's account.

When will my order be delivered to the inmate?

Each Facility has their own weekly order schedule, which means there are order cutoff days/times for each delivery. Orders are delivered within the same week if your order is placed by the facility's order cutoff date and time. If your order is not placed by that date/time, then the order will be delivered by the following week.
